We charge by the hour, with a time limit agreed in advance so you’re always in control of your budget. Your estimate is based on your home’s size and the service you choose (Standard, Deep, or Move-In/Move-Out). We’ll never go over the agreed time without your approval, and if we finish early, your total goes down.

No, our professional cleaning team comes fully equipped with all the necessary supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you prefer us to use, simply let us know in advance and have them available.

The duration of a cleaning session depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning service. A recurring cleaning session typically takes between 2-4 hours.

Plans change, and we understand. You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning at any time. For changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, a $50 fee applies to cover the cleaning professional’s reserved time and travel.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right at no extra cost.
